You are invited to join us Sunday, September 14th from 7:00–8:00 pm as we learn to make a Disappearing Nines Patch (beginning of a piece work quilt face). There is no cost for the event, but please sign up in the lobby to help us ensure we have enough space and supplies.

Please Bring—1/4 yard of cream or white fabric, 3 fat quarters or (3) 1/4 yards of 3 colored fabrics you want to use, and a spool of thread to match your patch colors.

Please Bring if You Have— a sewing machine with a bobbin and 1/4″ foot (if the machine is new to you, bring the instruction manual), cutting mat, rotary cutter, rotary cutting ruler, straight pins, small iron, ironing board, painter’s tape, seam ripper, scissors, extra lighting if needed, and extension cords. *If you do not have these supplies, we will have some you can use.

If you just want to practice and not take home a patch, you are welcome to use some pre-cut fabric that will be provided for practice. Contact Tammy Chandler if you have questions.
