COVID Protocol

Your Health & Safety Matter to Us!

From the beginning of the pandemic in March of 2020, Parkway Baptist Church has made every effort to take into consideration all of our congregation’s concerns while at the same time, implementing State and Federally recommended precautions to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Our current requirements are as follows:

  • Masks – We ask that you wear masks from entry into the building, until you are seated in the sanctuary, then you may remove your mask. We plan to discuss making masks optional at the beginning of April, depending on Rutherford County’s most updated reporting rate.
  • Sanitizing – We ask that you make certain to clean your hands when you enter the building and after you make contact with any surface.
  • Socially Distant Seating – Our sanctuary is configured to be moderately socially distant, but with congregational members being vaccinated daily and no reports of infections for a couple of months now, the ministries of our church is slowly returning to normal.
  • Quarantine threshold – If we have 10 infections (positive tests) reported
